“We work hard but manage to have fun – I like getting to laugh at work!”

“Every day of work is different.  You never know what you are going to expect and it makes work more exciting.”

“Learning.  Every day there is something new to learn and that makes for a good practice!”

“I love working at a place where I can grow both personally and professionally.  It gives me a real sense of pride to be a team member of a group of individuals who are highly qualified, motivated, and who share the same core values as I do.”

“Working at Lakewood is never dull.  The staff have a great time working together.  Even when it is busy and hectic, the team here at Lakewood pulls together to tackle whatever is needed.”

“From the beginning, I could tell that Lakewood was different.  After getting to know my employers better, I could tell this wasn’t going to be a typical 9-5.  It was obvious that they care for their employees; it’s in their mission statement that we are a team and by emphasizing family values in the workplace, we continue to improve.  Everyone is benefiting from it.”

“Lakewood expects from its employees: high performance, commitment to teamwork, and a desire to be more than what they were yesterday.  Mediocrity is not acceptable here.”

“Professional and personal growth is the order of the day and it only seems to make things better for our clients.  For us, this competitive yet supportive environment makes us thrive.  No day is without a challenge to overcome.”

“We prove ourselves daily and our teamwork is impeccable.  If quality of care was a spectator sport, we’d be undefeated!”

“I enjoy working for Lakewood because I get to work with people that are also friends.  Even Mondays are awesome!  Where else can you say that?”

“Lakewood is an awesome work environment!  Everyone is very friendly and is easy to work with.”

“Everyone here cares so much for every animal that walks through the front door!  The Doctors and staff strive to take care of every patient to the fullest extent.  Point blank, this is the most wonderful vets office anyone could come to.”
